Manchester City forward Leroy Sane remains top transfer target for German champions Bayern Munich. According to reports, Bayern Munich have opened discussion with top agent, Giovanni Branchini, over the possibility of signing the German international.
Leroy Sane is believed to be one of Germany’s biggest young stars, and Bayern Munich are understood to be keen to build their team around a player who has grown to be one the key players in Pep Guardiola’s impressive side.
The German international has been ruled out from the beginning of the season with a serious knee injury. The forward surprisingly has been out of favour before the unfortunate injury, and his lack of game time can be attributed to the impressive form of Bernado Silva and Raheem Sterling.
Leroy Sane contract will run out in the summer of 2021 and Bayern are ready to pounce on a player who has made it known he is not ready to play second fiddle to other established stars.
Should Bayern get their man, it would be a great loss for Manchester City, at the same time present the German heavy weight to play a front three of Sane, Lewandoski and fellow German international teammate Serge Gnabry.
Meanwhile City’s neighbor Manchester United are still very keen on Aston Villa captain Jack Grealish. United have identified the playmaker as a summer target. According to former Aston Villa striker Nathan Delfouneso, he revealed that United will be making quality addition should they make the move for the England international. The striker who now plays for Blackpool in league one said Grealish has everything to be a success with Manchester United.
